NOUN
Noun:- Name of a person, place, thing, animal or idea.
Types of noun:-
1. Common noun:- It is the common name given to a
person, place, animal or thing.
Examples:- Boys, girls, city, game, book, car, planet, school,
teacher, phone, fruit etc.
2. Proper noun:- It is the opposite of common noun. A
proper noun refers to the specific name given to any person, place, animal or
thing.
Examples:- Delhi, mumbai, ram, geeta, rohan, English, samsung,
iphone, monday, friday, ludo, cricket etc.
3. Collective noun:- They are the names given to represent a
group of people, animal or thing.
Examples:- A flock of birds, a class of students, a series of
events, a team of players, gang, group of committee etc.
4. Abstract noun:- it is something which we can't see, touch,
hear or taste.
Examples:- Love, hate, anger, enjoy, goodwill, desire etc.
5. Material noun:- These are the names given to the
material, substance or things made up of something.
Examples:- Air, cloth, gold, metal, glass, fiber, diamond
etc.
6. Countable noun:- These are the names given to the things
that we can count.
Examples:- Apple, seconds, minutes, chair table, pen, pencil,
bag, rupees, burger, pizza, toffees, chocolates etc.
7. Uncountable noun:- These are the names given to the things
which we can't count.
Examples:- Milk, water, knowledge, salt, rice, sugar, oil,
money etc.
PRONOUN
Pronoun:- [Pro +
noun] Pronoun are the words used in place of a noun. In other words, any word
which is used in place of a name is pronoun. Such as i, we, you, they, he, she,
it, each, someone, who, what, few, both etc.
Examples:- Aman is very intelligent. He is hardworking. (Aman-name, He-pronoun)
Types of pronoun:-
1. Personal pronoun:- I, we, you, they, he, she, it.

2. Interrogative pronoun:- Who, whom, which, what, whoever,
whomever, whichever, whatever.
Examples:- What is your name?, which is your book?
3. Demonstrative pronoun:- This, that, these, those, such.
Examples:- Those are beautiful flowers., these are ugly.
4. Reflexive pronoun:- My self, yourself, herself, themselves,
ourselves, yourselves, itself.
Examples:- i love myself.
5. Relative pronoun:- Connect a clause or phrase. Such as
who, whom, that, whoever, whomever, whichever.
Examples:- the girl is very cute who is
standing there.
6. Indefinite pronoun:- All, another, any, anyone, anything, each,
everything, everybody, few, many, nobody, none, several, some, somebody.
Examples:- All flowers are beautiful.
